Project Administrative Coordinator
What does a typical day look like for you?
I keep the Cambridge Children's Hospital project running smoothly behind the scenes. On a typical day, I manage diaries and meetings, take minutes and chase actions, keep trackers and records up to date, and sort out practical things like IT and onboarding for the team.
What inspired you to join the Cambridge Children’s Hospital Project?
I was drawn to the Cambridge Children's Hospital project because it's a rare chance to help build something that will make a real difference to children, young people and their families for years to come. As a mum to a six-year-old, that means a lot to me.
Share one meaningful or interesting part of the project that you’ve contributed to
One of the most meaningful parts of the project for me has been supporting the Full Business Case. Behind the scenes, that means coordinating meetings, keeping track of actions and making sure the right documents reach the right people on time. It is rewarding to see how all those pieces come together into something that moves the hospital a step closer to becoming a reality.
