Cambridge Children's Hospital project structure
Workstreams and Boards
There are eight workstreams which feed into monthly Joint Delivery Board meetings.
The Joint Strategic Board, led by Roland Sinker, chief executive of Cambridge University Hospitals, is the final decision-making body.

Clinical Reference Group
This is a virtual reference group which brings together key paediatric leads from acute and community healthcare trusts across the east of England, along with commissioning representatives.
It meets bimonthly to help build a shared vision for the new hospital.
Campaign Board
To deliver a children’s hospital for the east of England – currently the only region without one - we need to match the £100 million of public funding committed by the Department of Health and Social Care with around £100 million in philanthropic support.
Our Campaign Board is made up of dedicated individuals who share our passion and commitment to realising the vision for Cambridge Children’s Hospital. We also have a network of regional ambassadors across the east of England, who are championing the campaign across the region.

The Children’s Network

Cambridge Children’s Network is a group of children and young people and their families and carers, who are engaged in a range of creative ways to formally input into the Cambridge Children’s Hospital project.
To support the project further a Joint Regional Stakeholder Board and Global Advisory Board are to be appointed over the coming year.
