Frontrunners programme

Cambridge Children’s Hospital has launched CCH Frontrunners, an innovative transformation programme designed to help staff drive forward meaningful change in their current work environments while preparing for the transition to the new hospital.

Open to staff from all professional levels and disciplines from CUH, CPFT, and across the region, Frontrunners provides dedicated time and resources to tackle a challenge in your service, training in change management and quality improvement, as well as opportunities to collaborate across disciplines and with patient and family advocates.

Through Frontrunners, we can start to test and embed new ways of working, aligned with the CCH vision of integrated care, ensuring the future of CCH is shaped by those who know it best.

Please note the Expression of Interest forms for this upcoming cohort (Spring 2026) are due by Friday 28 November 2025. Completed forms can be sent to kelsey.graber@nhs.net.

We understand that the time of year and specific dates do not always align for everyone. However, we intend to run the Frontrunners programme 1-2 times per year alongside the development of the children's hospital. There will be many opportunities to get involved if the Spring 2026 cohort doesn't work for you.
